I have purposely not participated in the vote since, having just returned from a long break, I am not aware of the context. Also, since regrettably I can only read latin and (mostly) greek scripts, I am unable to glean any information about you from your user page. Since your English is clearly good, you could help out us ignoramusses by putting a translation on our site. Finally, I am not very au fait with the techniques used by bots, although I do intend to find out more in the next few years.
