| | ::::::Yes, SI is actually often times impossible. Some patients have a higher priority but SI is taken into account less and later. Some people are drunk and have a broken neck from a car crash and fight you so you take minimal steps. In general its the concept of protecting the spine.[[User:Luciferwildcat|Lucifer]] 05:19, 28 November 2011 (UTC) | | ::::::Yes, SI is actually often times impossible.
